Program Overview
Horizon Leadership Academy proudly presents the Horizon Elite Summer Academy, a dynamic and engaging program designed to provide students with a balanced experience in sports, leadership, innovation, and character development through our I-RISE Framework.
Target Groups & Capacity
To ensure individual attention and a high-quality experience, each section is limited to a maximum of 15 students:
Section 1: Pre-K – Kindergarten
Section 2: Grades 1 – 2
Section 3: Grades 3 – 4
Section 4: Grades 5 – 6
Program Logistics
Dates: June 1 – June 26, 2026
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Early Release & Special Events)

Our program offers a structured rotation including the following areas:
Sports & Physical Activities: Soccer, Basketball, Swimming, Skateboarding, Fitness
Innovation & Enrichment: STEM Activities, Innovation Sessions
Arts & Creative Expression: Art, Music, Cinema, Theater Language & Cultural Learning: World Language
Character & Leadership Development: I-RISE Framework, Team Building, Leadership Activities

Week 1 (Responsibility): Armand Bayou Nature Center | Pajama Day & Ice Cream Truck
Week 2 (Innovation): Houston Museum of Natural Science | Jersey Day & Theater Show
Week 3 (Empathy): Children’s Museum Houston | Crazy Hat Day & Fire Truck Visit
Week 4 (Service): Houston Food Bank & Astros Field Trip | Color Day & Awards Ceremony
*Field trips and activities may be adjusted based on availability, weather conditions, and program needs.

For special events such as the Ice Cream Truck, students should bring their own spending money if they wish to make a purchase
Tuition & Registration
Full Program Fee: $800
Registration Deposit: $200 (non-refundable, secures placement)
Remaining Balance: $600 (due before June 1)
Refund Policy
Before May 15: Full refund (excluding deposit)
May 16 – May 25: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
After May 26: No refunds
Important Notes for Parents
Gear: Please provide appropriate athletic shoes and a reusable water bottle. Specific equipment for swimming or skateboarding days will be communicated weekly.
Safety: All activities are supervised by qualified staff and may be adjusted based on weather conditions and safety considerations.
Program Flexibility: Sports and activities may vary based on weather, facility availability, and program needs.

Horizon Leadership Academy is pleased to offer our Summer SAT Intensive Camp to help students achieve their best possible SAT scores. Our experienced instructors will provide targeted instruction, personalized study support, and comprehensive test practice.

Dates: July 20 - July 31 (Monday-Friday)
Daily Schedule: 9:30 AM - 1:50 PM
Location: 9301 West Bellfort Avenue, Building F, Houston, TX 77031
Tuition: $250 (includes $70 worth of prep materials)
